Grandia Original Soundtracks

Review by · October 15, 1999

Grandia OST is an excellent set of two CDs, one of them featuring beautifully orchestrated themes, and the other containing all synthesized music from the actual game. Both CDs contain a mixed variety of music, from new age to classical, with the Theme of Grandia being an excellent example of how to implement multiple styles in one track of music, which is easily the best piece of music in the entire collection, if not one of the best ever made. The first CD is easily the better of the two, as the orchestrated music is absolutely astounding. I highly recommend this soundtrack to any fan of music.

Jason Walton

Whether he was going by Parn, Synbios, or "Jason," (that one must be fake), his love of music led him to hosting the short-lived RPGFan Radio, but vitally, launching what is now called RPGFan Music. The thousands of album reviews we have today might not exist at all if not for Jason kickstarting the project.
