Players are getting more options to tackle these upcoming waves! During the Unreal Fest ’23 in Shanghai, the free-to-play open-world action RPG Wuthering Waveswas confirmed for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The game was previously announced for PC, Android, and iOS devices. This comes after the devs announced big changes after the first closed beta, including a 90% rewrite of the story.
Based on a translation by @wutheringshores on X (formerly known as Twitter), the PS5 version’s graphic settings “will be identical to the ultra settings of the PC version.” Meanwhile, the PS4 version will run a bit higher graphically than mobile devices.

Lastly, the development team released an interview detailing the changes they’ve made across the last nine months since the previous closed beta, which includes updating the game’s color palette, rewriting 90% of the story, and more.
